Our client, a dynamic government entity based in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Senior Coordinator to join their team to assist in handling all Executive Director level administrative duties. They will provide executive support and assist the team with coordination and general administrative duties to support the achievement of objectives.

Please note that this is an Emiratisation role and only Family Book holders will be contacted.


- Perform general administrative duties, including screening calls, inquiries, emails, and requests and managing the Executive Director’s and the team’s calendars
- Perform document control, ensuring all office files are managed according to confidential and internal processes
- Work closely with other departments to ensure that the team receives the required support for their projects and activities
- Support the smooth flow of departmental operations and contribute to ad-hoc initiatives
- Comply with information security policies, procedures and requirements at all times
- Participate in QHSE audits, office inductions, incident reporting and review of QHSE performances as applicable


- UAE Nationals with Family Book
- Bachelors' in Graphic Design or Equivalent
- 1-2 years’ experience in a junior administrative role gaining exposure to general office processes
- Good communication skills and able to work in a dynamic fast paced, diverse environment
- Ability to prioritize and organize through calendar management skills
- Ability to manage own variable work load, ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned work
- Strong knowledge of MS office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Must be fully aware of the sensitivity and confidentiality of the department
