Our client, a semi-government entity in Abu Dhabi, are seeking a highly motivated M&A Analyst to join a leading in-house buy-side team. The role offers exposure to cross-sector M&A transactions and requires a technically strong candidate with a robust foundation in financial analysis and valuation.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and build complex financial models to assess potential acquisition opportunities
- Support due diligence processes, including coordinating with external advisors and conducting detailed market research
- Prepare high-quality presentation materials, including investment memorandums, for senior management and stakeholders
- Monitor and evaluate market trends to identify strategic opportunities across various sectors
- Assist in the end-to-end transaction process, including documentation, negotiation support, and post-deal integration

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; CFA Level I is advantageous
- 2 -3 years of experience in M&A advisory, transaction services, or corporate finance at a Big Four or bulge bracket firm
- Exceptional financial modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English is required, and Arabic is a plus
