They are looking for a visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join their dynamic leadership team and drive the next chapter of growth and transformation in the MENA region.

As the CMO, you will be a strategic leader responsible for shaping the brand’s future through innovative marketing strategies, compelling customer engagement, and enhanced brand positioning. You will oversee all marketing functions, from digital initiatives to traditional media, ensuring that they remain the number one choice for customers in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

•Brand Strategy: Lead the development and execution of long-term brand strategy, ensuring alignment with regional and global objectives.
•Customer Insights: Use data-driven insights to develop customer-centric strategies that drive brand loyalty, preference, and growth.
•Digital & Traditional Marketing: Oversee all digital marketing, social media, influencer partnerships, and traditional advertising to enhance visibility and consumer engagement.
•Creative Leadership: Inspire and lead a team of marketing professionals in creating innovative and culturally relevant campaigns across multiple channels.
•Product Innovation & Launches: Work closely with product teams to introduce new menu items and unique promotions that resonate with local tastes.
•Market Expansion: Support the growth and market penetration across the MENA region, ensuring effective localization and cultural relevance.
•Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team, cultivating a collaborative and results-driven culture.

Requirements:

•Proven experience as a senior marketing leader, preferably with exposure to the FMCG industries.
•Strong understanding of the MENA region’s market dynamics and consumer behaviour.
•Deep expertise in both traditional and digital marketing, with a strong focus on brand growth and customer engagement.
•Experience leading large-scale campaigns and managing cross-functional teams.
•Track record of driving innovation in brand positioning, customer loyalty programs, and marketing technologies.
•Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
•Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
