Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Management Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to enhance performance and cultivate a growth-oriented environment.
- Goal Setting: Collaborate with managers to establish clear performance expectations and goals for employees.
- Guidance & Support: Provide coaching to managers for conducting evaluations, delivering feedback, and addressing performance gaps.
- Improvement Initiatives: Design and monitor performance improvement plans, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and create user-friendly reports and presentations.
- Employee Engagement: Work with the talent team to develop initiatives that improve job satisfaction and employee motivation.
- Industry Trends: Stay updated on best practices in performance management and adapt strategies as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience: 4+ years in performance management or a related role, exposure to Management Consultancy preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong data analytics skills with proficiency in Excel
- Exceptional analytical abilities to derive insights from performance data.
- In-depth understanding of performance management concepts, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- High professionalism, integrity, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
