We are currently partnered with a leading utilities entity based in the northern emirates that is hiring a Chief Product & Technology Officer to revolutionize sustainable transportation in the UAE.

Responsibilities:
- Drive product roadmaps and feature design for customer-facing and internal management platforms
- Lead and build a greenfield mobile app project
- Building world-class product and engineering teams to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions
- Overseeing technology budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals whilst optimizing costs and performance
- Implementing data-driven systems to incorporate customer feedback and analytics into decision-making
- Collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers to enhance and scale their technology stack

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
- 12+ years in product and technology leadership, preferably in fast-growing or startup environments
- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams (software development, product management, DevOps)
- Extensive knowledge of software engineering principles (ideally having previous hands-on experience), modern methodologies, and roadmap execution
- Hands-on experience managing customer-facing products with a focus on user experience
- Experience in transportation or sustainability or background with top-tier tech companies
