Role:

- Lead and implement advanced business process automation and data integration initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and system interoperability
- Drive technology standardization, maximizing the reuse of technology assets and leveraging emerging technologies for innovative solutions
- Oversee and manage program delivery using project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2) to ensure timely and effective outcomes
- Develop and monitor departmental strategies and project portfolios, aligning them with business objectives and the technology roadmap
- Manage vendor selection, procurement processes, and supplier performance to maintain alignment with organizational goals
- Conduct risk assessments, implement risk management frameworks, and ensure compliance with governance standards
- Foster a collaborative environment, encourage innovation, and support the professional growth of team members through mentoring

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 10 years of experience in IT strategy, business process automation, and data integration
- Proven experience in project, portfolio, and program management with a strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or PRINCE2 methodologies
- Expertise in technology governance, risk management, and quality standards (e.g., ISO 27001, ITIL)
- Strong leadership and analytical skills, with a track record of driving innovation and operational excellence
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with experience in mentoring and team development
