Our client, a semi - government entity is looking for a senior M&A professional. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing acquisitions and disposals of joint ventures and subsidiaries. The role involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate financial modeling, seamless transaction execution, and continuous monitoring of joint ventures' financial performance.

Kindly note, as per the client's requirements, this is an Emiratization Mandate.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the asset management investment process from sourcing to execution, including due diligence and transaction structuring
- Perform financial and valuation modeling, and prepare board-level acquisition presentations and reports
- Manage relationships with joint ventures and subsidiaries, ensuring regular financial performance monitoring and reporting
- Collaborate with legal, commercial, and external advisors to ensure proper transaction documentation and closing
- Assist in developing five-year business plans, annual budgets, and strategic initiatives for joint ventures and subsidiaries

Requirements:

- UAE National with a Family Book
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in investments
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, or Accounting, with CFA or CPA preferred
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced Excel skills
