Our client, a leading financial services company in Dubai is currently looking to strengthen their internal recruitment due to increased business requirements. The role will be involved in end-to-end to recruitment campaigns and will be responsible for manpower planning, employee placement and drives the Emiratization strategy.

The role:

- Establish and maintain effective recruitment metrics, processes, systems and tools
- Develop and lead strategic initiatives to recruit and select a high caliber, professional and diverse workforce
- Responsible for the complete end-to-end recruiting function, maintaining a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates
- Manage the Emiratization strategy to ensure compliance with government requirements of employment of UAE nationals
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to create/improve position descriptions that accurately reflect job duties and business requirements
- Implement progressive sourcing strategies including networking, social media, professional associations and organizations
- Supports the Head of Talent in the promotion of the overall Talent Management strategy to encompass: Performance; Culture & Behaviours; Talent Development; Talent Review; and Succession Planning

Requirements:

- MBA/Bachelor with a specialization in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Membership of International recognized HRM Professional association
- 8 years' of extensive experience in Talent Acquisition, with Financial Services recruitment experience
