About the company:

We are currently working with a leading investment company based in Riyadh, specializing in Wealth Management, they are looking to add a Head of Marketing to their dynamic team.

The role:

- Support ED-Retail Business & Wealth Management on development of short- and long-term plans/strategies
- contribute and manage execution of change management programs within Contact Centre in coordination
with Retail & Wealth Management
- Develop, manage & measure call center KPI’s in line with excellence benchmarking practices worldwide.
- To manage overall departmental performance and ensure the delivery of targeted contact centre KPI’s under
revenue / sales, service, efficiency, effectiveness & team / personal development metrics.

Client Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of Contact Centre managerial/supervisory experience preferably in a bank and or a
financial institution
- Based in Riyadh or ready to relocate
