We are currently representing a well established and market leading government entity in Abu Dhabi to search for a corporate performance manager. The role will be responsible or involved with business transformation, project management, performance management and strategic analysis and reporting.

The role:

• Develop and lead Corporate Performance framework that helps to develop an integrated Corporate Performance Management approach that supports the design and implementation of management processes and systems that align business strategy to drive accountabilities, decision support and operational execution
• Develop Corporate Performance framework to ensure clear alignment of strategy and plans that are dynamic and focuses on both financial and non-financial objectives
• Integrate performance measurement with planning, budgeting, and financial consolidation processes to achieve successful strategy implementation
• Develop high level perform reports about internal performance as well as its impact in the industry
• Regularly monitor and report corporate performance and highlight discrepancies vs. plans and suggest corrective measures
• Follow up on the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Guide sectors/departments in target setting and development of KPIs in strategic and operational plans
• Facilitate sectoral/departmental planning to develop initiatives and programmes to fulfil strategic objectives. Monitor and report corporate performance and highlight discrepancies
• Follow the day-to-day operations set by the Line Manager in the Corporate Performance section to ensure continuity of work and the delivery of effective and high quality outputs
• Report on a regular basis to Corporate Performance Management Section Head on their operational activities, Its challenges, hurdles and methods of resolution or mitigation etc. as required to keep the Line Manager informed and updated about their activities
• Support in producing high quality performance reports to executive directors by analysing internal operations, industry performance and benchmarks
• Manage projects or work stream to enhance the capabilities of the performance section including but not limited to; technology implementation, BSC methodology
• Support the creation of culture susceptible to change management through a ‘hands-on’ and ‘can-do’ approach to new business opportunities, participating in the development of new initiatives, meeting planned targets, and demonstrating preferred high-performance behaviours

Requirements:

• 10-15 years of experience in business strategy, business transformation, and operational excellence field
• Bachelor’s degree Business Administration/ Finance/Economics/Public Policy or equivalent
• Top-tier consultancy experience is highly desirable
