We are currently recruiting for a Compensation and Benefits Manager for a leading conglomerate in the U.A.E. The client currently employees over 2000 staff and has a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The role has come about due to the ambitious change management initiatives of the stakeholders.

Role:

- Design compensation packages & bonus programs that align with the strategic plan
- Identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees
- Conduct research on employee satisfaction (e.g. using surveys and quantitative data)
- Renew our compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits
- Keep track of prevailing pay rates and make sure we offer competitive compensation
- Ensure competitiveness of total reward programs including incentives benchmarking
- Draft job descriptions, job analyses and classifications
- Collaborate with the HR team in evaluating new positions, job bands, grade levels and job descriptions
- Develop and implement innovative recognition programs to enhance motivation and productivity of employees

Requirements:

- 8 to 10 years of proven experience in compensation and benefits from multinationals
- Must have excellent stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s Degree with a Certification in GRP (Global Renumeration Program)

In a year’s time you would have successfully evaluated job descriptions from entry level to C-suite positions and reengineered the total rewards policies and procedures
