We’re partnered with an Abu Dhabi consultancy, searching for a Head of Engineering.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the engineering team in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions.
- Drive the implementation of CI/CD pipelines, ensuring automation and efficiency in the deployment process.
- Integrate MLOps practices into the development lifecycle to enhance machine learning capabilities.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to lean/agile principles and best practices throughout the development process.

Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in software development with expertise in .NET and Python.
- 5+ years of experience with Azure cloud services.
- 3+ years in leading CI/CD implementation projects.
- Proven experience in building and managing fully automated deployment pipelines.
- Expertise in integrating MLOps into the development lifecycle.
